It is not nice when someone refuses to do something for us. But what many people find even (difficult) is to be the one who has to refuse to do something for someone else. And knowing how to say "No" to someone (polite) is quite difficult.
I was a worker and had a co-worker who was a very good friend of (I). His name is Joe. We had been friends for three years. When he didn't know how to solve a problem, he often asked me to help him I was free or not. It wasn't problem for me，so I always agreed to help him， even if I had to put my important work . As time went by, I noticed that Joe asked me for help on the very same task over and over again. He just asked me for help because he didn't know how to do it. He was too lazy (write) down what I told him.
I realized that the more I answered. With a "Yes", the more I was being used by my co- worker. I knew if I didn't clearly draw a line and have the courage to say "No", I would have less and less time to do my own work. It's time to stop being (anybody) helper so that you can finally live your life the way you want it to be. So we should learn to say "No" to others. Not only will it help them, but it will help us ourselves.
