Each year, millions of people visit Machu Picchu. It is an ancient city stands 1.5 miles above sea level, on the east of the Andes mountains. Steep (陡峭的)steps make the trip a challenge. It used to be almost impossible for disabled(残疾的) person.
Wheel the World (change) that. Thanks to the travel company, the disabled people can get to Machu Picchu by a wheelchair (轮椅) (final). The two best friends Camilo Navarro and Alvaro Silberstein set up the company. Once, they wanted to go on a trip together, but it was hard Alvaro. Alvaro has been using a wheelchair he had a car accident at the age of 18. "There are many people in the world with disabilities," Camilo said. "But there is not one main travel company that helps (they). So we started Wheel the World. Our dream is to help disabled people travel to all (kind) of places around the world."
Wheel the World uses a special wheelchair for the trip. It can be pushed like a wheelbarrow (独轮手推车). It also folds up (折叠)and can be put into a car easily. "It is a quite light wheelchair, it's very strong." It allows you (get) wherever you want, "Camilo said.
