A: What a delicious dish! Can you tell me how you cook it?

B: To make the dish, I need three , two pices of ginger(生姜) and five pieces of onion.

B: First, I cut these potatoes into pieces.

A: And then?

B: I cut them into  pieces.

A: What do you do next?

B: Heat(加热) some  oil in the pot. And put small pieces of ginger and onion into the hot oil.

A: Finally, what should you do?

B: Then I put potato pieces into the pot and then cook them.

A: How long do you need to cook them?

B: For about 3~5 minutes. Finally I pick delicious potato pieces out of the pot and put them on a plate. The dish  ready.

    I've never had cooking classes. I learned cooking from my 1. She was really interested in 2me how to cook. When my mother got married, she couldn't cook 3. That was because my grandmother never let her stay in the 4 while she was cooking.

My mother did not start to cook 5 she was twenty-five years old. In the beginning, it was very 6 for her, and she had to take cooking classes. So she decided to teach me how to 7 when I was young. She didn't want me to have the 8 experience.
