Jim is a
middle school student. School always starts at ten past eight. Jim usually gets
up early in the morning and goes to school quickly. So Jim is never late for
school.
One Monday
morning, it is half past seven, but Jim doesn't get up. His mother comes into
his room and asks him to get up. But he is still in his dream (梦) — he gets up at eight, then
he takes a shower and brushes his teeth. At a quarter past eight, he eats a big
hamburger for breakfast. Then he cleans his room. After that he runs to school
to do his homework …….
"Dear
Jim! It's time to get up. Come on! You are late for school!" Mom says.
"OK,
Mom. I must go now!" Jim says. Then he runs to school. He gets to school
at half past eight.
Of course,
he is late for school. After he ells it to his classmate Tony, Tony
thinks it's really funny.
