    Mobile phones are playing an important role in our life. Some people even say that they can't live without mobile phones. In the USA, some cities made a law (制定法律) on using mobile phones. According to the law, people will pay fine if they use mobile phones when they walking across the street. What do you think of the law? Two students have shared their ideas.

    Every year, there are too many traffic accidents caused by (由……引起) people looking at their mobile phones. A lot of people were badly hurt or even died because of this. I think the new law will be helpful. There will be fewer accidents than before. The law can help to warn (警告) people not to use their mobile phones while they are walking across the street.

    I don't think it will help people very much. Some people may have some important messages or emails. If they can't reply to them at once, they may miss something important. What's more (而且), people should pay more attention to (关注) some safety rules. They shouldn't just give up using mobile phones on the street.
